RP511 Series / RP512 Series

The RP511/RP512 is a buck DCDC converter operates at the minimum input voltage of 2.0 V and achieves 300 nA quiescent current at no load and 10 nA ultra-low standby current. These features greatly contribute to the long-time battery driving.

RP604 Series

The RP604 is a buck-boost DCDC converter operates at the minimum input voltage of 1.8 V and enables a continuous battery use with the boost operation even if the battery voltage drops below the use voltage. The flatted output voltage prevents malfunction of system devices by facilitating system designs and supporting a rapid power voltage drop.
The RP604 also achieves 300 nA quiescent current at no load and 10 nA ultra-low standby current contributing to the long-time battery driving.

RP122 Series

The RP122 is an LDO regulator with low noise and low supply current. While having the low supply current of 9.5 µA, this device achieves 8 µVrms output noise when the output current is 250 mA and 90 dB (f = 1 kHz) ripple rejection when the output current is 20 mA without a noise bypass capacitor.
